• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Opened or
  used items are not eligible due to health and hygiene reasons.
• To start a return, email support@scentblvd.com with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we’ll send you a free prepaid return label.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

• Report within 3 days of delivery
  with photos for a replacement or full
  refund.

Refunds:
