Free Returns – Eligibility & Guidelines

We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Free Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns within the U.S.

Please note: Used, opened, or tester products are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene standards.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@scentblvd.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Securely pack your item and drop it off following the provided instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
