Free Returns – Eligibility & Guidelines
We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:
- Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Free Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns within the U.S.
Please note: Used, opened, or tester products are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene standards.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@scentblvd.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
- Securely pack your item and drop it off following the provided instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
