At Scent BLVD, we’re committed to delivering your favorite luxury fragrances quickly, safely, and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time
All fragrance orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (business days only). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, including USPS, UPS, and other reliable third-party carriers. Shipping methods are selected based on your location, order size, and delivery speed.

Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S. only)
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping may be available during promotional periods and special offers. When no promotion is active, a flat shipping rate of $8 applies to all orders.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. Due to federal regulations, fragrances must ship via ground service, which may result in delays for certain locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and PO Boxes.

Order Issues and Delivery Delays
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that stolen packages are not covered once marked as delivered.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Order Tracking
All orders include real-time tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also track your order through your order confirmation page.
